Architectural Review Board (ARB) Requirements

All new construction, additions or modifications to existing structures or landscaping, must be approved by the ARB

Important ARB Information

Fees/assessments must be paid before the ARB can consider an Application
Failure to get approval can result in remediation costs, damages, and/or civil penalties of up to $100 per day, as well as injunctive relief
A fully complete Application can take up to 30 days to review
